Welcome to Medin Apartments BluVista, a charming and welcoming family-run property in Petrovac where beautiful surroundings, genuine hospitality and the comfort of a home away from home come together. Set in a peaceful part of town, the house enjoys an elevated position above the bay, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that give the whole place a relaxed Mediterranean feel and a real sense of privacy.
Many of the apartments open onto private balconies or spacious terraces with wide sea views - the perfect place to start the morning with a coffee, spend a quiet afternoon or watch the sun set behind the islet of Katič. The interiors are spacious, clean and well maintained, with comfortable king-size beds, modern bathrooms, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens and daily housekeeping. An elevator serves the upper floors, so arriving with luggage is never a problem.
Breakfast is a special part of the stay. Served in the cosy garden, it is homemade by the family and brings together eggs, cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, savoury dishes and sweet choices, with vegetarian options on request. The beach, the waterfront promenade, cafés and restaurants are all a short walk downhill, while free private parking in the shade of the olive trees makes the property a practical base for guests travelling by car.

Everything you need for an easy stay
Every apartment is air-conditioned and non-smoking, with a private bathroom, free toiletries, towels and linens, a fully equipped private kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle and dining table, a seating area with desk, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, and fast free Wi-Fi measured at 53 Mbps - fast enough for streaming and video calls on several devices at once.
Around the house you will find a garden with olive trees, a sun deck, a picnic and outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, a patio and shared terraces, a bar and snack bar, and an on-site restaurant serving Mediterranean, European and Croatian dishes for breakfast in a family-friendly, traditional and romantic setting. Free private parking is available on site with prior reservation, and an airport shuttle or private transfer can be arranged at an additional charge.
Families are welcome: family apartments with two separate rooms, baby safety gates, cribs on request and a playground make travelling with children straightforward. Other services include daily housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning and ironing on request, baggage storage, a tour desk, wake-up service and an elevator to the upper floors. The hosts speak English, German, French, Italian, Russian and Serbian.

The property is run by Stefan Medin and his family, who studied tourism management in Belgrade and has worked in hospitality since 2006. Guests are welcomed personally, given honest local advice about beaches, restaurants and day trips, and often invited to a traditional dinner with stories about the region. The old church of Saint Toma stands 50 m from the house and an ancient Roman mosaic is only 100 m away.
